Anime vs Anime beginner guide
The short version. Start by redeeming the free codes, then work through this. Prices for everything you can buy are on the packs and gamepasses pages.
1. Play the tutorial all the way through
The tutorial picks a fighter for you from five random ones in your collection and walks you through one fight using that fighter's special moves. Finishing it gives you a God Pack, so don't skip it.
2. Redeem every code before you spend anything
The working codes add up to tens of thousands of Coins plus a stack of Apex and God Packs, which is more than you'd earn in your first few hours. The Copy buttons on the codes page save you from the case-sensitive typos that make most codes 'not work'.
3. Learn the Summon screen
Summon is on the left side of the screen. The banner shows six packs at a time and they rotate every so often, so the pack you want may not be up today. Prices vary a lot: the Void pack costs 6,100 Coins. Packs can also be bought with Robux, one pull or ten at a time.
4. Fight yourself or let Auto Fight do it
Every fighter has its own moves, an ultimate and an awakening. You can control your fighter in a match or switch it to Auto Fight. Matches are 1v1 or 2v2, and Training lets you practise a fighter before you take it into a real match.
5. Join the Discord for new codes
New codes are announced in the official Discord before anywhere else, usually with updates and milestones. The game adds new fighters every week, so codes tend to come with them.
What nobody has published yet
- Pack odds: the game doesn't show the chance of pulling each rarity, and nobody has published a count yet.
- Fighter stats: damage, health and cooldowns for each fighter aren't published anywhere we trust yet.
- The full roster: the game says 80+ fighters. We list the ones we can name from the official game description and the Roblox store.
- What Lucky Summons, Fast Summon and Extra Reroll do exactly: the Roblox store gives these gamepasses no description.
New codes and fighters are announced in the official Discord first.
